Nope. Your employer doesn't own you just because they negotiate your group policy. There's some things an employer should 'mind their own business' about, this is one of them. An employer's job is to make sure the employee is doing their job, and that's it.

Yes....as soon as they graduate from med school! Senator, please try to mix in your q's how bc is used for conditions unrelated to bc (ie endometriosis). I doubt most males are aware of this.

I don’t think many women know about it either. I also don’t understand why employers are allowed to deny women birth control while also allowing men erectile dysfunction treatments. If they won’t provide the former, they shouldn’t be allowed to provide the latter.
