The GOP started dirtying the word and the process in 1994. In 2010 they laid it to rest under 6ft of soil. It hasn’t been seen since.

If you want bipartisanship have term limits everywhere. 1. 6 year term a 1/3 new every 2 years. That would help American politics the most.
