Or, learn to budget? You are the "budget master". If funding hiccups cause a huge problem, you are not budgeting properly. Shocker.
Due to lapsed funding, HBCUs & minority-serving institutions could face a budget shortfall that forces them to:
eliminate jobs
cut programs
reduce student support services
Senate Republicans need to do the right thing and pass our bipartisan bill to restore this funding.

Perhaps if Congress would let NASA choose it's launch platform instead of the over-budget, not-completed, never-tested SLS platform there would be enough money. Sorry, I'm an engineer not a politician. I know it is more complicated than that. Still, bears thinking about...
