I was on disability at Hanford. Signed a contract which allowed you to accrue pension up to 40 years if on long-term disability. They stopped mine at 34 years. Prime contractors are paid by DOE. DOE could have stopped them from doing this to severely disabled employees!

Pensions are unsustainable. Period. End of discussion. You cannot have more workers collecting that you do paying in. This is SIMPLE economics.
