President Trump’s massive overreach impacts 127 military infrastructure projects in 26 states & territories—including in WA, where @NavalBaseKitsap lost nearly $89 million to construct a new pier & maintenance facility needed to help protect our nuclear submarine arsenal.
The bill would put a much-needed check on the President by:
requiring Congressional approval *before* military construction funds are redirected
prohibiting defense funds from being used for Trump’s wall
returning $3.6B in looted funds back to the original military projects
