Perhaps there should be public participation... some type of a board which would help determine how much pay employees of public unions receive.
Currently, that is done behind closed doors in secret with Democrats....like yourself, who benefits from the said #unions.
The #PROAct would:
strengthen workers' right to join a union
protect workers' right to negotiate higher wages and better benefits
help make our economy work for everyone
Congress should pass this bill to give workers the support they need.
