Thank you, Senator! After a suicide attempt my much loved grandson is in a treatment program for cannabis induced psychosis. But his stepdad’s company insurance plan has a “cut out” denying substance abuse treatment. If he had cancer they’d help us. No help for what he needs.
The Trump Administration is incentivizing states to promote junk insurance plans—plans that allow insurers to discriminate against people w/ pre-ex conditions by increasing costs, reducing the quality of coverage, or denying them altogether.
