Unrelated: how prepared are the naval bases to become first responders to isolated communities when the Big One hits?
Instead of federal funds going toward military priorities like building a new pier & maintenance facility at Naval Base Kitsap in my home state of WA, those funds are now going to pay for President Trump's border wall. This is an abuse of power and I’m working to stop it.
