Lol the ADA team at my workplace approved my accommodation but my manager said it was unreasonable. The last time I fought back re: management I was performance managed. Companies say they protect us but they don’t. I don’t have money to fight back. I’m scared of losing my income

If I lose my job I lose my housing and medical care, which, since I’m chronically ill, I desperately need. So where’s the justice besides the lip service? Employers are allowed to deny if a request is “unreasonable” but that’s based on THEIR standards of reasonable

Demanding enforcement of existing ADA laws is the least you can do. When are you going to demand that ADA be applied to the rapidly growing demographic of adults who suffer w/ severe autism? They deserve dignity, outlets to contribute meaningful work & community connections.
