Healthcare was a lot cheaper before big government got involved 
The Trump Administration continued their health care attacks by issuing a rule that empowers states to let insurance companies increase costs & reduce quality of coverage for patients with pre-existing conditions. This is unacceptable—& I'm working to stop it.

Can we cap a healthcare charge from a given provider for a given service at 2x the lowest negotiated price that provider has with any group for that service? Gov doesn't set price, still allows negotiating power for ins. but cash bill will never be more than 2x best insurance...

Effectively limits the "bulk discount" to 50% off... Prevents artificially high cash prices that allow ins. to claim inflated savings by ruining Americans' lives if they don't have insurance or heaven forbid have to go out of network (by ambulance, in an emergency, for example).
