The Dept of Labor's proposed tipped-wage rule seems to betray the compromise language Congress put into law just last year. It has the clear goal of allowing employers to steal employees’ tips and to pay their workers less.

If the Admin doesn't reverse course on this harmful rule and adhere to the letter and spirit of the law, the President will only be making it even clearer that he & his new #SecretaryofCorporateInterests stand with big corporations rather than the workers he promised to help.
