No one seeking health insurance should be turned away or charged more because of a pre-existing condition. @SenateDems & I introduced a resolution to stop the Trump Admin from undermining pre-ex protections & put Senate GOP on the record about if they truly stand with patients.

Reportedly, waivers were granted that allow States to offer short term plans that do not cover preexisting conditions and allow higher premiums ect. So not directly revoking the preexisting conditions requirement but instead providing waivers for states to get around them.
