I love how people act like there is an evil pay gap monster. WORK/EFFORT/SKILL/DRIVE makes pay forever unequal. Equal is unfair the the driven and a boost to those who aren't. Typically union type.
At today’s Senate committee hearing, I asked President Trump’s Secretary of Labor nominee, Eugene Scalia, if he would support the #PaycheckFairness Act and efforts to help close the gender pay gap.
Spoiler: He didn’t say yes.
