@PattyMurray I am partway thru reading abt this & noticed one of the arguments presented from the other side has to do with borrower privacy. Is there some method by which borrowers such as myself can sign off that we are fine with our info being released to the committee? /1 -
2/ I'm envisioning something similar to the records release form that patients have to sign for their records to be shared btwn doctors' offices. I believe in the committee's authority to oversee this & to adjust law as appropriate - figure this might help in the meantime.
