Drug prices are so high that patients are risking their lives by rationing and skipping doses. This is absolutely unacceptable. Agreed. How much of the cost of insulin is wrapped up in rebates (kickbacks allowed by the govt via safe harbor protection) between PBMs and the manufacturer? You can change this with basic legislation.
