My son was not academically inclined. He felt shame going into roofing with his dad until we helped him change his thinking regarding an honest days work. He was made to feel like a failure at school. We have to change this.

Do we focus on STEM too much as a fix it all? We need students that have a passion to create, build, innovate many things to be open for debate on ideas....not just STEM related.
