If President Trump and the GOP win their lawsuit, insurance companies could deny coverage, increase costs, or exclude benefits for the 130 million people with pre-existing conditions. Those pre-ex conditions could include: AIDS/HIV Alzheimer's Disease Arthritis Asthma Cancer
