The constitutional mandate is to count every CITIZEN! Counting those here illegally disproportionately gives congressional power to certain states. One study says CA's census counting illegals gives them as many as 9 too many representatives. This is the REAL voter suppression.
If the Trump Administration's partisan question is included in the 2020 census, 4 million people nationwide—incl. tens of thousands in WA—likely won't be counted.
