Are they medically independent? Or do they need maintenance drugs like hormones for their day to day functioning? The military requires all persons to be able to perform their job in insulated locations where medical is limited.

I don't think Trump or his administration are doing much "work" at all, much less overtime. But yes, they are awful bigots who are dangerous for LGBT Americans.
