  Whilst at the same time, another state is legalizing partial birth abortion. One of the great things about States’ rights is that each State can make laws for themselves that effect on themselves. I hope you will stand up for the 10th amendment and for States’ rights.

  Our Blue States should pass A Ban On Guns, no guns allowed before or after you’ve assaulted or killed someone. If your caught with one, you and the person who sold it to you are sentenced up to 99 years in jail. Let’s restrict their rights and see what happens.

  I am with you on this one and am sure the equal protection stature will protect woman's rights. But I have to wonder in this day and age why so many woman are seeking abortions. There are many forms of birth control available.
