Mueller made two things very clear. First, Russia interfered in our elections. We are still vulnerable to interference from Russia and others—so it is disgraceful and unacceptable that Republican leaders are blocking bipartisan election security legislation.
Second, Mueller's statement underscored our responsibility in Congress to conduct oversight that ensures the right people are held accountable and helps prevent this from ever happening again. All options should be on the table as we do that.
One option: #impeachment
I think it's time you back impeachment proceedings, Senator. I realize he's unlikely to be convicted in the Senate, but impeachment is an important part of our system and we have a duty to maintain it.
Impeach Trump. That's the only just and proper course of action.

In a way you're right. A president shouldn't abuse their power to basically spy on an opposing campaign. You should do everything you can, including criminal charges, to those who have abused their power. Obama, Clinton, Comney and many others should be held accountable
