How many icebreakers do the Russians have?

Russia has 42 icebreakers and icebreaking offshore vessels with more than 10,000 shp currently in service. 15 were built before and the rest after 2005 so it's a fairly new fleet. In addition, there are 9 vessels currently under construction, three of them nuclear-powered.
