Maybe it's just me, but why not "Standard Time all year round"?
Remember the 1974 year-round Daylight Savings Time, and how painful that was for northern states? I was a child crossing streets to walk to school in darkness and icy weather, so I'll swear to the hazards.
Thanks to state leaders like @marcusriccelli & other local stakeholders, WA has taken a major step toward adopting permanent daylight savings time to help improve public safety, health, & wellbeing.
