The EEOC is responsible for protecting LGBTQ rights in the workplace, addressing the gender pay gap, and addressing workplace harassment. In this moment, as so many workers have come forward and shared their #MeToo
stories, this is the wrong message to send workers.

@USEEOC is balanced and committed to workers' rights. Instead, Senate Republicans are pushing through a nominee who has spent her career making it easier for corporations to violate workers' rights. This is a clear step backward for workers.Show this thread
