This is disingenuous. The issue is accuracy. The House Dems admitted at oral arg that they do not have enough info to ban the question, but are asking @SCOTUS to reach this conclusion on the same lack of info. Who is using politics? #2020Census

More importantly it is to allocate voters for the purpose of sending legislators to congress. Why would you be afraid to know how many legal inhabitants as well as illegal. We could talk a lot more intelligent about what to do. That is just knowledge.

Constitution req everyone be counted. Neither women or african amer were able to vote when the constitution was written, yet they were counted. Both were considered property and african americans were only counted as 3/5 of a person. 1/2
