How about the fact that China, India and a multitude of Asian countries are the true problems here. What you seem to only want to do is tax us more and more to protect what we as a country are already working hard on. The us cut more co2 gas last year than any other country.

How about seed more Grasslands. Plant more trees. Use Hemp for paper vise trees. Buy local produce and products. All these will greatly reduce carbon dioxide and methane. The package does very little if anything at all.
