It is wrong to make others pay for unnecessary services for people unwilling to work for it themselves. If they need internet access for school or jobs, there are public and private libraries all over. If they just want to play on their phones, we shouldn't have to pay for them.
You specifically exclude non-profit schools not controlled by the government, while allowing every other type of nonprofit.
