A trillion dollars in student loan debt...maybe you should be working to lower college tuition or make sure graduates don't come out under employed

This is ridiculous. No one made them sign. I’m not paying for these idiots who, if they can’t read the terms of a loan, should not be in college in the first place. Go to trade school, kids!

Yep. Both my kids went to University of WA. Neither left with more than 15k of debt. No one forces anyone to go to expensive schools nor take out huge loans. Quit excusing irresponsibility.

Sorry Patty, but I have no desire to pay off loans for: 1. Kids who willingly signed and took on their debt. 2. Kids who got "degrees" in philosophy, feminist studies, art history or neoclassical literature of mid 17th century England who can only find employment at Burger King!

They cheated themselves. They're the ones that picked useless majors. They were not only too lazy to do the research needed to pick majors in demand, but also the work required to achieve those degrees.
