Parts? The entire Title IX NPRM is an illegal violation of separation of powers with the sole purpose of decreasing Title IX proceedings and deterring victims from reporting. None of it is necessary to ensure fair proceedings for all parties.

Dan is right. The ENTIRETY of DeVos’ proposed regs are ILLEGAL bc they separate out ONLY sex-based harms & subject them to WORSE treatment than harms based on race & ntl origin! MOST impt issue by far! Blatant sex discrimination from an agency mandated to PREVENT discrimination.
