Liberals think making a lot of laws will cause good behavior. Good parents, good role models are needed for good behavior. Codes of conduct should be made clear on day one. Violations should never be tolerated.
As we work on the #HigherEd Act, we must also address bullying, hazing, & harassment on our campuses. We owe it to students like Tyler Clementi—who took his own life after he was bullied by his classmates—& students who've died at colleges around the nation as a result of hazing.

So true. Which is why liberals push laws. They dont want a healthy family. You should act out and “be who you feel like being”. Your Bad behavior isnt your fault, some old whote dude oppressed you. Gimme money. Vote for me.

These young adults display a significant shortfall in making good decisions. Many times these are influenced by over consumption of alcohol or drugs. Crack down on drinking and drug use on campus.

There adults you cant stop adults from anything can you be honest and how many times have you drank and drove in your life and that's against the law but all adults have done it at least once unless they dont drink.
