Why do you keep spewing this nonsense when you know it's not true? There is no gender pay gap. There is a gender earnings gap, simply because men work, on average, more hours than a woman at equal pay.
The #PaycheckFairness Act would reaffirm that every worker in America has the right to receive equal pay for equal work. It has the support of Democrats, Republicans, and millions of workers across the country.

That, and even if you look across the board; men tend to find themselves in careers that pay more. Look at the most egalitarian nations on the planet, men gravitate towards stem fields, women --> healthcare. What you really are talking about is immoral pay equity. Just admit it
