It fails to take into account job choice, time in the workforce, hours worked, or any other factor that would remove the vast bulk of the pay gap. That's because it's propagandistic nonsense.
It has been 50 years since Congress passed the Equal Pay Act—and while this was a strong step in the right direction—the sad reality is that today the gender wage gap still very much exists.
