As we work to reverse the harmful steps taken by @BetsyDeVosED, it is imperative that we do not turn colleges into fake court rooms. Every student should be treated equally and fairly and the process should be unbiased, transparent and consistent.

If crimes are being committed (and sexual assault surely is a crime) then they should be handle by the justice system and not a college kangaroo court. You pretend to want justice, but what you really want is your preferred result, no matter the cost. You’re a disgrace.
