It’s wild how little we have studied women’s health, especially around pregnancy! So glad the NIH is putting additional resources towards this important work
This week @NIH announced an extension of the Task Force on Research Specific to Pregnant Women and Lactating Women. I fought to start this Task Force to help pregnant women and nursing moms get better info about how drugs work for them. I'm glad its important work will continue.
