That's bc 1) they dont work as much as men if they're raising kids. 2) they haven't learned to negotiate a better salary depending on the job. 3) it has nothing to do with men v women anymore....

Agreed, this is just another way to Divide us. Dont fall for it. As a women I am the one that takes time off of work to deal with my kids. In some case they dont want to work anymore the they have to, not get the free stuff you are giving out, this is in all groups.
