Hmmmmm I shouldn’t have to pay for anything I can’t afford - - college, child care, shelter, power, transportation, communication, food, healthcare and . . . . Taxes. I find a way . . . Sometimes those personal decisions are difficult.

I trying to read the act and it seems that most parents aren’t qualified to raise their own kids as daycare providers would be expected to have an education similar to an elementary school teacher.
