Child care is a national crisis that should be a national priority. The Child Care for Working Families Act would guarantee access to high-quality, affordable child care for families living paycheck to paycheck and our working middle class. #ChildCare4All

What about only having kids if you can afford it. If you can't afford something then you don't get it, or in this case, you don't have kids if you can't afford it. It's called being responsible and not having society pay for your kids.
