Permanent DST is silly. DST should be abolished instead.

Nope. Earliest sunset of the year would be around 5:30pm, which is perfect. 4:30pm is too early and Nov-Jan would be much better on DST.

Please work on this for the great state of Florida, as well, since they have voted to enact daylight saving time year round.
