public colleges need to be regulated, 2 kids paying for college, too many usless electives required, needs to be run more like a trade school, cut the expenses. require colleges to post average salary beside the majors in the students catalogs. too many kids being fooled

Where was this scrutiny of the loan program before the worthless degrees were purchased from the degree mills or universities? Why is the US loaning money for worthless degrees? Are the degrees really worthless or are the recipients just underachievers?
