Will school children in the Northern states be going to school in the dark during the winter months? That has always been the argument against winter day light savings time. Schools could delay the start time but that causes other parental issues.

Changing clocks has proven to be the dangerous part. We in the North either have no sun in the morning or no sun in the evening. Doesn't really matter which, but it seems popular opinion supports year round DLST.
