He didn't shut it down. When the dems didn't get what they wanted they walked away. But of course somebody as stupid as you wouldn't know that. He didn't tell them to walk away. They did it on their own and was hoping people would blame Trump.
I plan to stand with the Democrats and Republicans who have rejected President Trump’s budgets each time he has sent them to us.
I hope the president has the sense this time to not shut down the government when he doesn’t get his way. #TrumpBudget

Impeachment is the next step. I'm tired of a president who is abusive to everyone who says no to him. He abuses Americans and I'm sick of it.
