Why are you forcing financially responsible adults to pay for financially irresponsible adult's children? I mean besides the whole socialistic attempt at taxing everyone but yourselfbinto poverty.
Under the Child Care for Working Families Act:
- middle-class parents would pay at most 7% of their income on child care
- parents who make less than the middle-class level would pay less
- many parents would pay nothing at all
