Thimerosal (mercury based) doesn't stay in the body long, so it can't build up and reach harmful levels. It is used to prevent bacteria growth in vaccines. So if you ask me, I would rather them keep the thimerosal in the vaccines seeing as it doesn't stay long in your body.

No good if states hand out exemptions on religious grounds. Texas has 45,000 exemptions, that is a ticking timebomb.
