The 9th Circuit court is a liberal hotbed of judges who love to legislate from the bench. If you're honest...Would you both support a more balanced 9th Circuit? You're both clearly liberal partisans. As such, because you & your voting records lack objectivity, you were bypassed.

Let’s face it. Leader McConnell has banked his legacy on filling the courts with hard right conservatives. Nevermind that many are not qualified—he’s taken a sledgehammer to institutional norms for the sake of power. And power by proxy once he’s left office. It is disgraceful.

It's almost as if blue slips are a terrible idea that Sen Leahy should have ended during the Obama Admin - anyone with a pulse could have told you that Sen McConnell doesn't care what you think of R nominees! Work towards eliminating the fillibuster & undue the damage after 2020

In other words, loyalty to meaningless blue slips allowed you both to be played for fools by the Senate Majority Leader, along with Pres Obama and @SenatorLeahy Thanks for allowing Pres Trump to stack the courts with Fed Society zealots. Good job!
