  Yes, Senator, we need accurate information on numbers of actual legal citizens in our districts and states to accurately determine representation in Congress. Non-citizens should not be counted to determine representation.

  Easy question are you are US citizen or not if you cant say yes then you shouldnt be here ask Canada if that's a question because if you are a US citizen and commit a crime you are not allowed in Canada will kick you out are they not sympathetic?

  Distribute federal funding and representation in Congress. The census should count citizens and ask for a non citizen count as well. Funding and representation should be for voting citizens.
