  Remember that Senator Walter Mondale got a bipartisan Bill through Congress to sponsor affordable, high-quality child care? Then-President Nixon vetoed it. Republicans have been hurting kids for a LONG time.

  We have a similar thing going on in Washington State.. it’s putting Childcares out of business trying to meet the expectations .. only Childcare’s in the state program can access funds for improvements to their Childcares.. discriminatory ..
