Keep in mind that impeachment cannot occur without conviction of crimes against the United States. Disagreement in policy and course of action is no grounds for impeachment.

So it was ok for President Obama to declare a national emergency for 8 other countries but it is not ok to declare an emergency for own own country. If Congress had done their job he would have had to do your job for you.
