After being raped, @leahegriffin was turned away from a hospital that didn't provide rape kits. She eventually found a hospital that did, but that delay in care was one of the reasons why she wasn't able to seek justice.

Rape kits are Evidence, and should of been handled by the law enforcement detectives that responded, not the hospital. If reported to LE then a kit would of been available. But Dems in WA state don’t fund the crime lab so it’s not like it would of been processed too quickly.

You can have all the kits in the world and it does not change the fact that Democrats like you on the state level refuse to provide enough funding for the Washington State Patrol crime lab to process the kits. Huge backlog!
