Ok then I guess parents (like me) need to make sure our kids don’t smoke regular or e-cigs. I don’t need a law to instruct me on how to parent.

Herion in Seattle is causing more of a problem than your e-cig issue. Try to let police start arresting the low level crimes and you will find it works further up the chain. NYC had the Broken Windows initiative and it worked. Try starting with that.
