All you need to do is pass a law that children who are not vaccinated will not be allowed to attend school, period! How hard is that!

Great initiative but it's difficult for the federal government to intervene when our state government allows for religious and "personal" exemptions from vaccinations. One report indicates 1 in 4 in Washington is not vaccinated. That is far less than the 90% recommended.
